We hope to convey a personality that is warm, vibrant and respectful (of both our customers' needs and the origins of our cuisine).

"Papaya Street Grill, the rapidly evolving casual pan-Asian on the Northwest Side, has obtained a full liquor license and retooled its evening service.
The original Chipotle-like concept of owner Burt Dhira has been changing into something known in the restaurant trade as “flex casual.” That means counter service, as before, at lunchtime, with full-service tableside at night.
The flatware and the plates have been upgraded from plastic for evening.
